The five-and-three-quarter-inch partition is framed with wood studs and covered with gypsum board over resilient channels on one side. Pressure-treated blocking and one-by-two wood blocking provide intermediate support for the gypsum board framing. Scheduled door casings and trim match existing details, finished with paint or stain as specified. Door hardware conforms to schedule requirements and specifications, utilizing Johnson Hardware 2000 Series or approved equal.
