A five-eighths-inch laminated glass panel is secured within a metal base channel, with the glass type coordinated per finish plans. Continuous clear sealant is applied on both sides of the glass panel within the channel joint. The assembly includes quarter-inch dimensional clearances as indicated on the plan.
