This interior partition assembly consists of three and five-eighths inch, twenty gauge minimum cold-formed metal studs spaced at twenty-four inches on center with three and one-half inch insulation installed between the studs. One layer of five-eighths inch gypsum board is applied to each side of the framing. The assembly extends to a maximum height of ten feet above finished floor.
