The storefront sill frame sits atop a concrete topping slab and concrete structural slab, secured with a 1 3/4 inch clearance and 1/4 inch spacing on both sides. Fire caulking is applied to both sides of the sill member. The assembly receives 1/4 inch laminated storefront glazing supported by framing with a mullion beyond.
