This glass guardrail assembly utilizes a one-half-inch thick laminated, tempered safety glass panel fitted between vertical two-and-a-half by one-and-a-half-inch structural steel tube posts spaced at a maximum of four feet on center. The vertical posts weld to a continuous two-inch steel U-channel at the base. A one-inch steel U-channel cap finishes the top of the assembly and welds to each vertical post. All exposed steel components receive a painted finish. Post spacing varies from two feet to five feet on center based on site conditions.
