A metal stud partition separates a locker room from a toilet room over a concrete slab foundation. The locker room side features rubber flooring per specification with a four-inch coved rubber wall base. The partition framing consists of metal studs per specification with batt insulation and cement backboard. The toilet room side incorporates ceramic wall tile over cement backboard, set with Mer-Crete latex and a four-inch coved ceramic tile wall base over a four-inch concrete pad. Acoustical sealant is applied at the partition base junction.
