This roof edge assembly consists of a 24-gauge metal gutter supported by 20-gauge gutter brackets spaced at 16 inches on center, mounted to a treated wood nailer. The roof system includes a Firestone Cityscape rubber sloped substrate topped with a Sarnafil flashing strip and roof membrane, which extends over the gutter edge. The vertical facia is finished with an Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) panel, specifically Mitsubishi Alpolic in AGT Grey, installed per manufacturer specifications over 3/4-inch fire-treated plywood or an approved non-combustible alternate. The assembly is backed by a weather-resistant barrier and 3 5/8-inch metal framing, with the entire roof structure supported by a steel beam and steel deck as specified in the structural drawings.
