A sanitary cleanout assembly is installed within an 18-inch by 18-inch pad of 28-day 3000 PSI concrete set flush with grade. A cast iron clean-out box houses the clean-out plug and is fitted with a cast iron cover that reads "SANITARY". The clean-out box is independent of the pipe and therefore remains free to move with the settlement of the ground. The cleanout connects to a six-inch PVC pipe that ties into underground building piping.
