An extruded aluminum outrigger measuring one-quarter inch by four inches projects from a concrete wall and supports a series of extruded aluminum six-inch air foil blades. The blades are separated by one-quarter inch aluminum spacers and secured using one-quarter inch by one-inch stainless steel flush head screws. The assembly terminates at an outer edge with a two-inch by four-inch by zero point one hundred twenty-five-inch extruded aluminum rectangle fascia, joined internally with a three-eighths-inch by one and one-half-inch stainless steel alignment blade. The entire outrigger extends two feet six inches from the face of the concrete substrate.
