Multiple conduits, cables, or pipes pass through a wood or double stud partition sized per plan, maintaining a one-half-inch typical clearance around the penetration. The annular space is sealed with closed cell polyurethane foam or fire-rated silicone foam typical. A similar condition applies for double stud partitions.
