A pipe penetrates through the insulated parapet wall assembly, offset from any panel joints. Expandable insulation fills the annular space around the penetration. Two-piece flashing, field-fabricated from flatstock sheets, is secured to the wall surfaces with fasteners and sealed with exterior sealant.
