A precast concrete wall panel measuring six inches thick is supported by a continuous concrete footing extending one foot three inches deep and three feet wide. The wall panel contains two continuous number five reinforcing bars at the top, vertical number four bars at twelve inches on center at the center of the panel, and horizontal number four bars at twelve inches on center. A six-inch concrete trash enclosure slab reinforced with number three bars at eighteen inches on center each way ties into the wall panel above the footing. The footing includes one continuous number four bar at the center and three continuous number four bars near the bottom, with number four bars at eighteen inches on center transversely. Erection pads are located beneath the panel as detailed on the site plan.
