A roofing or waterproofing termination detail utilizing a cut-in reglet with a stainless steel clamping ring installed per manufacturer instructions. A non-reinforced flashing extends down from the reglet over a reinforced membrane placed above rigid insulation. Mechanical fastening is achieved using fasteners and fastening plates spaced at a maximum twelve-inch spacing with a one-inch minimum approach. Sealant is applied at the membrane termination edge, and a water stop is integrated into the vertical assembly.
