A storefront door frame meets a concrete panel and a metal stud wall framing assembly. The interior side consists of five-eighths inch gypsum board fastened to three and five-eighths inch metal stud framing. An exterior concrete panel adjoins the framing with a half-inch dimensioned gap, as specified in the wall type schedule.
