A steel wall sleeve passes through the below-grade wall to accommodate a pipe penetrating the assembly. An elastomeric seal element, such as a link-seal, fits within the annular space between the pipe and the sleeve, compressed by pressure plates secured with stainless steel bolts, nuts, and washers. The outside face of the joint is sealed with mastic sealant and resilient waterproof caulking. An anchor collar with a two-inch water stop is continuously welded on both sides to the steel sleeve within the wall construction.
