The assembly consists of a 10.5-inch deep 3,000 PSI Portland cement concrete pavement without rebar, supported by a 9-inch compacted aggregate base with a 95 percent relative density. The bus pad features a 1.5 to 2 percent cross-slope sloping toward an 8-inch curb with a flow line. Adjacent to the curb is a 4-inch concrete sidewalk and an octa bus stop sign positioned with a 7-foot minimum clearance. The travel lane transitions directly into the bus pad pavement section.
