A vent pipe penetrates through a metal deck and rigid insulation assembly. A single-ply roofing membrane is installed over the insulation, with a pre-molded flashing boot heat-welded to the membrane at the base. The top of the flashing boot is secured to the vent pipe with a stainless steel draw band and sealed with continuous sealant.
