A field fabricated pipe flashing assembly details the penetration waterproofing over rigid insulation. A stainless steel clamping ring is installed per manufacturer instructions at the upper pipe penetration. Non-reinforced flashing integrates with a reinforced membrane secured by fasteners and fastening plates installed per manufacturer specifications. Sealant is applied at the membrane edges over the insulation assembly.
