An exhaust wall penetration fitting assembly constructed with multiple steel flanges and sleeves. The assembly includes a square base plate measuring 16 inches by 16 inches by 3/16 inch thick with four 7/16-inch holes on a centered 12-inch by 12-inch hole pattern. Two circular flanges measure 10 inches inner diameter by 13 inches outer diameter by 3/16 inch thick, featuring eight 7/16-inch wide slots centered on an 11-3/4 inch bolt circle or standard bolt holes in accordance with mechanical specification section 23 30 00. All three flanges are aligned and clocked to each other as shown and joined with welds per mechanical specifications.
