A hollow metal door head condition beneath a roof screen features structural hollow structural section framing and galvanized metal stud framing. A half-inch channel sub-girt supports the formed metal wall panel system, incorporating a base extrusion with lap strips, a quarter-inch gap, a two-inch vertical dimension, and a one-inch clear opening above the door. Wood blocking is provided as required to maintain the one-inch door clearance.
