A metal stud wall is framed with vertical steel studs of thirty-three mils minimum thickness and finished per architectural specifications. The wall terminates at a continuous top track connected to each stud using two number eight screws. Ceiling joists span perpendicular to the wall framing and are secured with number eight screws at eight inches on center. Ceiling ties are provided as indicated in the structural schedule.
