A stainless steel top is continuously supported by a hat channel bracing welded to the underside of the table top. A stainless steel leg connects to the assembly using a stainless steel gusset plate welded beneath the table structure. The edge features a raised rolled profile dimensioned with a 1-inch height, 1 1/2-inch width, and specific radii. Fabrication complies with NSF standards for commercial foodservice equipment.
