A mechanical equipment curb rises one foot two inches above the main roof assembly. The concrete curb is anchored to the existing structure per structural drawings, with membrane flashing extended up and over the top of the curb. A continuous stainless steel cap protects the top of the curb, set over a neoprene pad embedded in sealant. Mechanical equipment base attachment is secured with expansion anchors and neoprene washers spaced at eight inches on center, with bolts also set in sealant.
