Scheduled glass panels connect to continuous metal Z-clips utilizing the manufacturer fastener system. A 1 1/4 inch by 1 1/4 inch by 1/8 inch stainless steel angle with a square edge forms the transition at the joint. The adjacent wall assembly comprises a cementitious backer unit set over medium bed mortar and scheduled tile. A backer rod and sealant fill the joint gap between the glass and the tile assembly.
