An accessible toilet paper dispenser outlet is mounted at a specified height above the finished floor with horizontal clearance from the water closet centerline and a vertical clearance beneath the grab bar. The dispenser centerline is located seven to nine inches in front of the water closet, with the outlet positioned a minimum of nineteen inches above the finished floor. A one and one-half inch minimum clear space is maintained between the grab bar and the dispenser outlet.
