A four-inch by six-inch hollow structural section steel tube with a quarter-inch plate extends three feet into a twenty-four-inch diameter by three-foot-six-inch deep concrete footing, featuring a seven-foot long by quarter-inch steel plate welded at the bottom and to the top ground edge with a quarter-inch chamfer all around. Three steel hinges are welded to each gate and to each side of the steel tube. The face of the tube is positioned to line up with the edge of the wall.
