A pipe penetrates a single-ply roofing assembly and is sealed with a two and a half pound lead flashing sleeve crimped into the pipe. The base flange of the sleeve is set into roof cement over interply felt flashing per the roofing manufacturer's specifications. The flashing extends a minimum of one inch down into the crimp and maintains an eight inch minimum height above the roof deck.
