Step one applies an initial layer of uncured neoprene flashing at the outside corner over hot fluid applied membrane. Step two adds a second layer of uncured neoprene flashing over the initial layer. Step three completely encapsulates all exposed reinforcing with a top coating of hot fluid applied membrane, ensuring no reinforcing is left exposed overnight. The assembly includes stainless steel top and bottom components with continuous hot fluid applied membrane waterproofing.
