The assembly features a painted tube steel column supporting a painted tube steel beam at the top of the mechanical screen wall. A prefinished metal parapet cap sits over pressure-treated wood blocking and a continuous metal cleat. One-and-a-half-inch painted metal deck panels are installed horizontally along the exterior face of the tube steel column. All exposed exterior and interior structural steel is painted per specifications. A secondary tube steel beam is visible in the background beyond the column.
