The assembly details a demising wall framing intersection against a tilt-up concrete panel joint. Backer rod and acoustical sealant are installed at all tilt-up panel joints. Rigid insulation, an air barrier vapor retarder, and five-eighths inch gypsum board return two feet into the interior of the building.
