This soffit vent assembly integrates a Kynar finished aluminum linear soffit vent and a Kynar finished aluminum J-mold, both finished in a custom color to match the adjacent plaster. The components are fastened directly to the stud framing, with the drain mat omitted at the soffit. Tile is installed where indicated, with its edge aligned flush with the joint. Vertical control joints are installed continuously at intersections with horizontal control joints.
