A six-inch diameter concrete-filled galvanized steel pipe bollard extends three feet six inches above grade, finished with a high performance coating and a smooth radius crown at the top of concrete. The bollard is set into a one-foot six-inch diameter concrete footing and poured monolithically with the footing. A five-eighths inch by eight-inch steel bar runs through the post each way near the bottom for anchorage. A half-inch expansion joint with sealant encircles the bollard where it meets the surrounding concrete paving.
