A six-inch shotcrete wall bears on a concrete footing adjacent to the property line. A double layer of drainage mat is applied to the exterior face of the wall behind a two-inch clearance zone, paired with a crystalline waterstop installed at all vertical and horizontal construction joints. At the base, a four-inch PVC pipe weephole spaced at ten feet on center discharges into a six-inch drain tile surrounded by drain rock. An asphalt impregnated board separates the slab from the wall, and a perimeter seal is applied at all membrane penetrations.
