A vertical concrete pier footing extends downward from finished grade with a total depth of 900mm (2'-11 1/2"). Reinforcing steel bars are placed vertically within the poured concrete pier, with a bottom clearance of 75mm (3"). Finished grade level is indicated with a 13mm (1/2") dimension relative to the top of the pier assembly.
