A reinforced turf assembly consists of a prepared subgrade topped with a 12-inch blended sandy gravel base containing a hydrogrow mix below the rings. Grasspave-2 units sit on the gravel base with a depth of 1 inch. The ring units are filled with clean sharp sand extending zero to one-fourth inch above the top of the ring, topped with a half-inch of thin cut sod.
