Metal mesh infill panels are secured between structural steel tube rails. A top rail constructed of a two-inch by one-inch steel tube runs along the upper edge of the assembly. A smaller two-inch by one-half-inch steel tube forms the intermediate rail profile below. The guardrail assembly mounts alongside concrete stair construction with an eleven-inch dimensional spacing indicated.
