This assembly consists of a gate panel constructed from galvanized steel bar grating with a full perimeter frame of two-inch by one-and-a-quarter-inch galvanized steel angles welded to the grating. The gate is supported by four-by-eight cedar fence posts, with the hinge side utilizing a galvanized steel piano hinge and a galvanized steel bent plate lag-bolted to the post. The latch side features a galvanized steel saddle clip securing the grating to the post, with an additional galvanized steel bent plate lag-bolted to the post for gate alignment. Steel plate backing is welded to the grating at the gate perimeter, and all hardware is installed per the project schedule.
