This wall and roof intersection detail shows the spatial clearance requirements for a loading dock seal adjacent to an exterior panel and roof structure. The exterior panel is sized per the specified wall types. A minimum required clearance of twelve inches is maintained between the dock seal assembly and the overhead roof framing elements.
