A mobile mixer stand is fabricated from stainless steel components in compliance with NSF standards. The assembly features a fourteen-gauge stainless steel top reinforced underneath with one-inch by four-inch fourteen-gauge channels, supported by sixteen-gauge stainless steel legs and crossrails connected with stainless steel gussets. An undershelf of sixteen-gauge stainless steel includes matching fourteen-gauge channel reinforcing. The stand moves on five-inch heavy-duty casters equipped with two brakes. A utensil rack constructed with six quarter-inch stainless steel rods, six inches long and fully welded at thirty degrees, extends upward from the rear of the stand.
