A bolt-on recessed circular 360-degree rotating tie down is anchored to the floor adjacent to the line of witness stand casework. The unit is secured using three 3/8-inch stainless steel Powers flat head expansion anchors designed to provide a minimum 2000-pound pull-out force. Installation follows manufacturer recommendations, oriented in the direction of the judge's bench.
