Three-quarter-inch diameter by four-inch embedment anchor bolts are spaced at twenty-four inches on center typically along three sides. A three-eighths-inch by four-feet-ten-inch by seven-feet-eight-inch steel plate is anchored to the concrete wall, which is sized per plan. Two lifting rods per panel are provided typically.
