A dark bronze aluminum cap flashing sits over a wood nailer secured to the top of a concrete tilt-up wall panel. Dark bronze break metal extends under the cap flashing and down the face of the panel, attached with polyurethane construction adhesive. The roof assembly consists of a metal roof deck covered with polyisocyanurate insulation and a TPO roofing membrane that turns up the parapet. Roof joists tie into the structural framing adjacent to the concrete wall.
