A reinforced membrane is adhered to the substrate using bonding adhesive and secured at the edge with a metal termination bar and mechanical fasteners. Water cut-off mastic is applied beneath the termination bar, and sealant seals the joint above. Metal counterflashing is installed over the termination to shed water per the manufacturer instructions.
