This assembly features a multi-track aluminum sliding door system mounted directly to a concrete floor slab. The aluminum floor tracks are anchored to the slab by the door manufacturer. The adjacent floor finish consists of tile installed on a thin-set mortar bed, which is finished flush with the top of the door track. A sealant joint is provided at the interface between the tile edge and the aluminum track to accommodate movement and provide a water-resistant seal.
