A three-inch portland cement concrete slope paving with a slope varying from four-to-one to one-and-a-half-to-one spans between a concrete curb and an abutment or retaining wall. The paving is reinforced with six-by-six-W-one-point-four-by-W-one-point-four welded wire reinforcement and typical number four rebar. A two-inch expanded polystyrene joint filler separates the upper concrete slope from the face of the abutment or retaining wall. The upper edge features a twelve-inch deep and six-inch wide concrete anchorage section against the wall, while the lower edge forms a curb with a twelve-inch vertical face.
