A twelve-inch steel pipe bollard is filled with four thousand pounds per square inch minimum concrete and topped with a steel post cap. The pipe extends into a twenty-four-inch wide concrete footing reinforced with number four ties at ten inches on center maximum. The finish surface features a one-inch typical crown, and the exposed steel surface is coated with exterior enamel in a color as directed.
