The jamb and head condition for a concealed door installation incorporates a solid wood jamb of varying depth aligning with the finish on each side. A center hung pivot hinge is installed with required blocking, along with a cylinder key lockset. Metal angles are glued to the gypsum wall board, and finished as scheduled.
