An existing steam system storage tank connects to vertical and horizontal piping runs including a three-inch PCH line and a three-inch RP and PP line. An existing isolation valve remains in place on the piping network adjacent to the tank. The insulated piping routes past structural columns and connects to threaded and flanged valves.
