A five and three-quarter inch diameter cast iron bollard is set plumb and filled with concrete, featuring a secured bollard cap at the top. The assembly stands thirty-six and one-half inches tall above finish grade. It is anchored by a ten-inch square by one-half inch thick base plate attached with four three-quarter inch diameter by four and three-quarter inch long stainless steel expansion anchors. An one-eighth inch neoprene pad sits beneath the base plate at the finish grade, sealed all around with a cove sealant. The steel components are finished with a polyester powder coat over an epoxy primer.
