This heavy-duty pavement assembly consists of a four-inch compacted depth hot mix asphalt pavement wearing course for buildings A, C, and D, placed over a six-inch compacted depth crushed surfacing base course. The base rests upon a twelve-inch stabilized subgrade or cement treated base.
